Trevor Birch did say that all the players have their agents looking for new clubs for them - plus Pompey (ie Trevor Birch) has appointed an agent as well to try and get some deals done. It seems that they would like to get some transfer fees in as the only compromise agreements mentioned by Birch are Mokoena, Ben Haim and Kanu.

Surely, now we are into July, the players will be fervently looking for new clubs.

I wouldn't have thought the likes of Lawrence/Kitson/Norris/Halford/et al, are interested in playing in the First Division.

The longer this fiasco is played out, the larger the amount owed to Trevor Birch & his employers.
Be interesting to know how this stacking right now
