FIVE of Sunderland’s Premier League fixtures have been rearranged for live television coverage.

Sunderland will first be on television when Liverpool visit the Stadium of Light on Saturday, September 15, with the game now taking place at the later kick-off time of 5.30pm for live broadcast on ESPN.

The trip to Manchester City on Saturday, October 6 will also have a new kick-off time, a 12.45pm start to be shown on Sky Sports.

Sunderland’s other televised games are all on Sky Sports too, starting with the Wear-Tyne derby tussle against Newcastle which has been put back 24 hours to Sunday, October 21 (kick-off 1.30pm).

The Black Cats’ game at Fulham has also been moved to a Sunday, with Martin O’Neill’s side now heading to Craven Cottage on Sunday, November 18 (kick-off 4pm).

Finally, West Brom’s game at the Stadium of Light will now take place on Sunday, November 25 (kick-off 1.30pm).

However, should Liverpool reach the group stages of the Europa League, the clash with the Baggies would revert back to Saturday, November 24 with a 12.45pm kick-off.

If the game does take place on the Sunday though, then QPR’s visit to Wearside will move back 24 hours to Wednesday, November 28.

Cheating? Falling down so a player that blatantly elbowed you in the face gets sent off deservedly? Rofl ok.

Can't wait to hear the boos at the stadium of ****e when Tiote's name gets read out before the game XD.

And the cheers for the "real man" Cattermole.

It wasn't an elbow, it was a fist.

Odd that, you seem like the sort who'd have encountered that sort of thing before and would be able to differentiate.

If Liverpool qualify for the europa league our game will be switched back, this is OUR fixture so stuff that for a lark, who do they think they are, all Europa league matches should kick off at 6pm on a wednesday to avoid all this crap, if they qualify that has nothing to do with SAFC we are in our right to play that fixture on the sat, they will just have to bring a reserve team here!. What about our supporters booking trains etc, or on holiday. Leeds started this when they would not switch their game against Man u years ago. My god they will have us playing at 12 midnight next to 'accommodate' teams. And an interesting question is, what if they refuse to switch that fixture and our players etc turn up for the sat afternoon kick off?.

It isn't Liverpool making the decision about when the game should be played it is the FA and it was EUFA who decided the games should be played on a Thursday. It has been a ruling that if a team is playing on Thursday their next league game is scheduled for a Sunday.

I can imagine the outcry there would be on here if Sunderland qualified for Europe and played on a Thursday night and then had to play their next game on a Saturday maybe on TV with a 12.45 kick off after a long and tedious journey back from somewhere like the Ukraine on the Friday.

Tash, Krul's hands raised to James McLean was much worse than sessegnon on Tiote yet Mcclean stood up to him. Krul didn't even get a yellow.. Tiote cheated all game. He went down to get Cattermole booked and committed numerous fouls before getting booked himself? Hard man my arse. It took your 10 men after our best player got sent off until the 93rd minute to score. So remind me of thus hammering? If you are going back seasons then just remember the record away league win ever. History

least it's better than last season, think there was only one game we had moved for live television purposes, Norwich (A) unless I'm mistaken. So it's about time they put us on more.

Damn I miss not being in the UK when footy season start's, made the first game last season L'pool (A). That was it!!
