    It could be but it makes sense... Ladbrokes could be just looking to increase betting or believe they might be something in it.

    I'd be very surprised anyway, but the fact it comes from a betting site makes it all the more ridiculous. He's incredibly well regarded and will be after CL football at a minimum if he moves.

    You never know though.

    If he's after UCL football he can accomplish it with Newcastle, we have the set up, management and players to do so and if we are still targeting uncovered gems such as Cabs, Cisse & Tiote and keeping them here once they are proven, we can go at least one step further than the 2011/12 achievements within 2 seasons.

    Thoughts are that anything on the NUFC blog is just hearsay and laughable really. Look at the way its worded saying we "could" become interested. I'm sure its just some spotty kid playing football manager writing that ****e.

    I'd love the lad here, he is a real talent. But there are any amount of obstacles to any deal and its not in the least bit likely.
