15k seems a hell of alot, and i would take that with a pinch of salt. problem is blue monkey, there isn't many other options out there at the moment and every other option we have had has run for the hills quicker than usain bolt with his ass on fire!
Gabbidon, ****tu & Fitz Hall are being relased by QPR, that's one club. What about the Keogh's of this world then if wages were a problem with someone dropping down? There are better options than Chambers... for 15k I'd want someone good not half arsed!

I have to say though that one can't blame the lad for seeing what other clubs have to offer and he may still sign. I just wish that after having got him in for a medical etc that we could have got him to sign then and there!! With Clegg in charge though i can't ever see that happening!! Fingers crossed he does sign, if not then on to plan B, oh hold on a min............
I can't believe that terms wasn't agreed before the medical, unless cleggy has done his usual trick of then trying to shaft the player last minute.
its not panic stations yet. We dont know what is happening behind the scenes and we dont know for certain this bid has failed. We have time to get in the players we need but we certainly dont fill me with confidence at the moment.
