We've had some shocking performances at the euros and I don't mean the Dutch, Greece or some of the officials. So, bearing in mind there are a plethora of muppets to chiose from, who's the worst commentator and/or pundit? For me, madmick is a tit and proved why he would've done our nut at city. As for pundits, shearer is a prize one ****lewitster in my view. That said, whenever he is being an arse, I just remember him taking the Geordies down
I don't find them annoying as much as some others do, but I think that commentator who makes daft jokes all the time just sounds silly. I think it was him who did tonight's match and said there were 'two super Marios' because there was a bloke dressed as Mario in the crowd. Actually wait Guy Mowbray did my head in during the England-Italy game. We weren't great but his commentary was ****ing apocalyptic, literally every few seconds he was saying something more and more negative each time. I found it more painful than the game at times.
Clive Tyldesley without shadow of a doubt. I could go into great detail why this is the case but I've already said enough on this individual on previous posts. He is a grade A bellend. If I ever saw him I honestly think I'd nut the ****. I'm getting wound up just thinking about him.
Most of the time he's an imbecile. But against Italy when he was talking to that German pundit Klaus someone I think, when his little sly comment about him enjoying the fact that both teams may be tired for the Germany clash and then he said, "Either that or he's got wind". It's just some fresh humour that's welcomed IMO.
Lawrenson is a bit depressing , Keown and Southgate are morose , Dixon uses specific incidents to make a point and generalises too much Shearer talks the most sense out of the pundits and is quite good at gabbing for the hell of it too. Vialli too was good last night . As for the full timers - the commentators i dislike Pierce but worst of all is Alan Greene
Cant stand Lawrenson. Comes over as such a smug snidey twat. Although, now I think about it, if you'd asked "who's your favorite" Id be fooked, cos I think they all annoy the **** out of me, just that scouse twat the most.
I'm with NFU on this one. He's like a failed stand-up comedian who auditioned for Britain's got talent but is sooooo bad that he didn't get his audition aired because the producers pitied him that much.
Radio wise - That total berk from "Absolute Radio".. Who??? you may ask. Absolute Radio had coverage rights to the euro's and if you listen for more than 5 minutes you'll know that as they will have told you about 7 fekkin times!!! They are a radio station based in london but you can pick them up on mobile phone radio apps. I had the displeasure of having to listen to the first half of the first England game on my mobile phone on my way home from work. This "commentator" couldnt sound more bored or pissed off that he was doing the job if he tried, giving you updates after about every 5th pass once he'd workout out who had the ball. He did However reliably keep you informed that "Absolute radio has exclusive rights to euro 2012 right on FM 105.blahh, on your mobile, over the internet with fully commentary and analysis" at least once per minute, throughout the damned game!!.. Never again!!.. I couldnt get the bloody app to find 5Live either! ARGH!!!...
