I hope Italy win to shut th fcuk up Lawresen---what an arse why and how do the beeb pick these divvys
I'm enjoying seeing the German fans crying- it's funny cos there's a long time to go yet. Just wish it was England doing it.
Great game. Germans closing Pirlo down but its opening up for Montolivo and the others. Gomez looks ****, get Klose on.
Ive heard it on good authority that a sniper may take Lawrenson out if he starts thinking Italy are the better side
again the commentators are asking if the Italians can hold out and earn a major shock--what the fcuk Italy are the better side--end of
Italy were lucky to get away without conceding from a few spills by Buffon early on and a few spells of German dominance before Balotelli's first goal. Since then they've done a number on Ozil, Schweinsteiger,Kroos, Podolski and Gomez has had nothing up front. Pirlo, Montelivo & de Rossi have had time and space and are picking them off. Two great finishes.
I like lawrenson. Everybody seems to hate everybody. Is there one person who we can all agree on liking?
Agree about the Gomez comments and Vialli and co. have pointed out how static he is so far, I'm not sure why Kroos is playing maybe after the last match the German managers arrogance has gone a bit too far. Wheres I saw the Premiership or whatever his name is hiding tonight hope he's seeing why Balotelli is a great player if he gets his head right
I thought it was a great save==no mention by the beeb-just a great free kick---how one sided commentators
Hi, thought I should reply to this. I haven't seen his goals yet because I missed the first half. But as Shearer is saying right now, Balotelli has done nothing before now in the tournament. He was completely absent against England apart from a couple of crazy moments where he thought he was suddenly amazing and wasn't. I think I was perfectly justified to ask why he is so highly rated when he's actually done nothing in the tournament and very little in his career to deserve such praise. Even at Man City he isn't one of their star attackers, I'd much prefer Silva, Aguero, Toure or Tevez in my team than him. If he has done something really amazing tonight then great, I've got nothing against him I've just questioned where this massive reputation has come from. EDIT: Just seen the goals, one is a great move by the rest of the team that he just has to head in easily, but it was good that he was in that position. The second, again the team got him 1-on-1 with the 'keeper, you expect him to score from there don't you? It was a very good finish but I don't think even those two goals justify the obsession our media have with him. Unless he did a lot of other good stuff in the first half aside from his goals?
