The HIAG comment in your sig remains a classic dozy **** up of epic proportions. It was in response to my comment on their thread about how they were going to tear us a new one at the Emirates: As COYG eloquently summed up - 'HIAG is the gift that keeps on giving'
According to Sky Sports, Vertonghen May still be moving to sp*rs. http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11675/7821397/Vertonghen-move-still-close-
Yes, I remember it was Ian Holloway's approach that got Blackpool back to the Premier League this season. Oh wait no, he was out muscled by the old dinosaur.
Spurs stars in AVB revolt Taken from The Sun, not sure how ledgit this is but if true then bad news for the spuds. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/4378748/Andre-Villas-Boas-would-face-Tottenham-revolt.html
May, not is. http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2896/premier-league/2012/06/26/3201068/vertonghen-prepares-to-stay-at-ajax-as-tottenham-move-hits http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2164822/Jan-Vertonghen-fears-dream-Spurs-off.html
hahahahh , poor spuds are in denial again. I posted those links to let them know the status of the non-transfer , and they instantly deleted my post. I do love their self delusion. It makes my day . Im really looking forward to next season , its a good time to be a gooner.
I sincerely hope that OUR mods refrain from deleting ANY posts from ANY spuds for the following reasons. 1 ) We are men , not children . 2 ) Their posts are always comedy gold and potential sig material.
Lol, they've been very pre-occupied today squablling with Liverpool fans over who'll sign Sigurdsson.
Bale is staying? Does this mean North London will be white next season? We did all this work and now he's staying
Adebarndoor, VDV and Modric are the players who actually looked like going. Bale always looked like staying to me. They can't afford Ade and Modric/VDV will go if a decent club goes in for them. Tottenham have had there time near the top. Arsenal, Chelsea, City and Utd will all improve and the Spuds will be left behind fighting with liverpool.
Bale has always been a real old fashioned guy - doesn't seem to take up any of the traits of the modern footballer off the field. He's a quiet mummy's boy and it's actually quite sweet so god on him - and great for Spurs as he's by a MILE their best player. Next best was King. Now it's probably Walker.
