No reason to doubt what he said. I got abused for the Heskey heads up but i dont care. A done deal is a done deal. :emoticon-0116-evilg
The big issue about the Man Utd loans is when SAF will let them leave. City may have to wait until the end of July due to Man Utds summer tour. TWT as always.

Gary Walsh has already had his say over the GK situation. Its now down to SB. But with Vito and agent being on speed dial to City dont be surprised when its announced,. :emoticon-0116-evilg

But isn't Josh King UNDER 23, so therefore this rule would not apply to him OR that other 18 year old that everyone is on about

Sadly NO. He only gets to know when the deals are done. But SB is not against some of the players NB wanted for the club. I dont think that Barmby would have wanted or got Heskey to Hull City though.

My sourse did say that IF anyone can get Nick Powell out on loan Steve Bruce shall. It may go into september or later as SAF wants to give Powell a chance though for now. IMO, Powell is not ready for the PL. YET.!!!

There's 4 rules in the post you've quoted though, it's only the last one that King and others would be excluded from.

There's also the potential cancelling out of a loan if you sign the player on a permanent deal. Not sure if it applies outside the PL or not, but we took advantage when we turned Gardner's loan into a permanent so that we could have King and I think it was McShane on loan when you're only allowed to have 2 domestic loans in a transfer window (PL rule)
