Sorry for the negative article but i really am dreading the thought of players leaving in the summer. I thought i'd see whether everyone else shared my pessimism

I think Enrique will go this summer - Barton and Nolan are too old to spend big money on.

Jose will go to Italy I reckon.

Yeah I've had a feeling for a while that Enrique will be off. I dearly hope not but he doesn't seem happy lately.

REP for the Sigthorsson signature tho, superstar in the making him<ok>

Enrique first I think, followed by Barton, Tiote's contract will keep him here for a couple of seasons.

No idea, just a gut feeling, having got a lot of money for Carroll we are in no position to need to sell him and no one will offer stupid money like Carroll as he isn't English

Fair point. I must admit I think it's more likely we'll see Jose leave, even Barton seems frustrated lately, almost distracted, like he know's something's up.

I think there is definitely something going on in the boardroom in regards to contracts, whether it's players being greedy or Ashley being tight we will never know, but players like Barton & Enrique deserve the top wage limit.

if nolan was to go it would to a club that has just been promoted, qpr etc.. as they can do their he has experience press conference.

barton, dont see him leaving, same with tiote, if he was to go we would get a nice deal as he is on a 5 year contract (like carroll)

if enrique is still here and he plays well again next season in the premiership i see a few clubs wanting him, liverpool, chelsea possibly spurs as him and bale on the left would be like having sex to 2 megan fox's, one word "awesome"

Why 2 Megan Foxes? You've only got one dick (I hope) so why not mix things up?

Maybe one Megan Fox and one Kelly Brooke<ok>

Or, if you're feeling really brave, one Megan Fox and one Barry Chuckle. Like sex roulette.

I voted for all three, was a toss up on Barton and Tiote though.

The good news for you lot is I have been wrong on pretty much every prediction regarding NUFC this season.

If one leaves it will show a lack of ambition and the rest will consider leaving.

"If Perch leaves then I'm leaving..."- said Joey Barton, yesterday.

The way I see it, Barton won't leave unless the big arses aroung the table offer him a stupid contract. Give him a five year contract at top wages guys, he's worth it!!!

Tiote won't leave, because he has said how much he loves it here, and there's no way anyone is going to bid more than £10mill for him, in which case, especially with a 6 year contract behind him, it will be rejected.

Enrique won't leave because he will be offered a 6 year contract when survival is assured, and it's incredibly unlikely he won't take it.

More to the point, we don't need the money, after getting £35 million for the new useless Liverpool striker.

Dear me, Tiote has said how much he likes it here? Oh well, he's nailed on to stay then - when a man from the Ivory Coast makes a statement like that it's set in stone.
Whereas Geordie Andy Carroll saying he's going to spend his entire career here has much less resonance.

Long term contract for Jose Enrique will guarantee his stay? Just like Carroll's 5-year deal did you mean?

    The coffee's on...
