I went down the ground today to pick up my season ticket and while there decided I would buy tickets for the Charlton friendly on the 4th August. Just a chance hopefully to get a look at any new players or maybe even a manager! Cannot do the Watford game (if that is still on) being midweek because it means taking valuable time off work that I might need for league games. Just wondering what pre season friendlies other Gills fans are thinking or going to be doing?
Havent seen a pre season game for a few years now! I usually tend to work most of the summer then have the first 3 weeks of the football season off work!
Think i'll go to the Charlton game but to be honest I think the pricing is a bit excessive at home. I just hope we don't organise too many friendlies like the last two years which is in my opinion to blame for our woeful injury lists that we had under Hess.
