Results. That's the business we're in and England have got three good ones. Germany and Spain have as well, Italy drew to Croatia who are a good side but not brilliant, and Portugal have done well and have Ronaldo too so I like the look of them. The other three, nothing great there. For what it's worth, I think we'll beat Italy and lose to Germany who will beat Portugal in the final.

I can't see Portugal getting into the final,I think they will lose to Spain/France they always choke in semi's and final's,they've got the talent to do win tournaments though.

I have all the belief in England, we can beat Italy, they are not the side they were 6 year ago.

Anyone else irked by 'we need to pass the ball more' 'we need to attack more' by pundits and especially the idiots on the 'Skypad' - if we're getting the job done by playing how we've played so far then happy days, you go into these tournaments to win'em - we're not going to play like Spain or Germany and why should we? This way is what we're best at.

We are England and that is how we play, Spain were not that good the other day but got the job done, but they won't change how they play.

Funny how Sepp Blatter and UEFA have now come out and said that goal line technology is now a necessity, isn't it?! They've been dead set against it before, ****ers.

Man, he hates us so much. He'll probably instruct the ref to rule a goal out against Italy.

I would rather win ugly and have success and with the players available and the fact Roy only took over in May the Euro's are a success. Its well known that our palyers are not technically gifted llike the Spanish. The English way of coaching from an early age is to look for the quick ball and not how to be comfortable on it, which is why the Premier League is played at such pace. Hopefully with the new centre in Burton young players will be coached in a different more attractive way and that is what we all want to see. The point is, we do not have English players that can do that at the moment so we need to play to their strengths. If that is two banks of four with two up front then so be it. Previous managers have tried to get us to play a more European way and the best we have achieved is exactly what we have achieved so far in this competition.

Yeah look at when Chelsea beat Bayern Munich on Pens and the day after that he said penalties need to be replaced by something new, just because an English side won, how unlucky are we that football is ruled by 2 ****ers, Blatter and Platini both hate us which is annoying.

Englands spirit and togetherness seems a1 but you still feel when watching we are an accident waiting to happen i still have this vision of Terry treading water trying to keep up with the swede fair play he will block and head away all day long but when people start running in and around him he looks well dodgy its just that so far he has survived but in time he will be exposed and punished

I agree to an extent, but we should be looking to progress the development of our future England stars so that they can play possession football.

We should be trying to pass the ball better in this tournament, as the likes of Spain and Germany just won't let us have a touch of the ball otherwise. I still think we should be playing three in the middle and pushing the wingers further forward. The formation as it is is far too static.
