OK. what’s done is done, we are where we are and we have what we have, lets find the way ahead, with Bruce because whatever we say its odds on he will be our manager next weekend.

Like Bruce you have the players you have, in the form they are so what formation and what team.

In the real world, not the world of football fantasy, Bruce is stuck with a squad, in turmoil so how does he turn it round?

OK we are dreadful and have lost our way, Bruce is probably not the man to take us forward but realistically we are stuck with him and the squad until the rest of the season and we are plummeting like a heavy stone through very thin atmosphere.
We desperately need team morale and spirit restored, some like Cat, Bardo Mig and Gyan are the ones we can build on, now whether it is going on an army assault course or visiting very ill handicapped kids/adults, the underperforming collection of overpaid tarts that we call a team have to find their backbone. As the the ever expanding person managing our side, he should ban himself from pubs and any form of alcohol for the rest of the season and limit himself to one meal a day, to get control of himself and become lean and mean to motivate the poor squad that seems to pull on a red and white shirt these days.

O and we need to find somebody who can come into the management team to sort out tactics, as Black and Bruce plainly are not capable and if this person is any use Black and Bruce leave at the end of the season and let the new guy get on with it.

    See Syd sorted

    Put the kids in.
Might get beat, probably will put us in bother but I'm sure they would be bustin a gut and giving 100%. Better than the current overpaid tossers are doing. Sick of hearing we need to pull together and sort it out.

Is there a poll starting to see who we would want our new manager to be? I've supported brucie but think he's lost his way

i know he's trying to get the ball and create something but,

tell gyan he's a striker and to stay in or around the box, spens a lot of time wide making up for the lack of midfield

With MLF here put the kids in it is allowed and they can't do any worse. The team needs shaking up and some big decisions made about who plays get the under performers out now. Mensah off in the first half again FFS get him back to where ever the F$£k he comes from.
I said a couple of weeks ago that SB needs someone else in to help with tactics as his present coaching staff are useless. Our main problem is no plan B,C or D we have one plan which has been sussed and when teams start to get on top we can't change it around as SB is too inflexible and will not admit to getting it wrong.

    PLAN "A"
Go for the 0-0 unless we get a lucky goal then go for the defeat.

Plan B involves running alongside the player with the ball frowning really hard at them.

Plan C is the one where crosses never reach a red and white shirt. Thanks Nicky for yesterday.
