    Somebody was asking for odds the other day and NUFC.com have put this up on their web page.

    We're now down to 12 teams remaining and Paddy Power rate their chances of winning Euro2012 as follows:

    Spain 12/5
    Germany 5/2
    France 7/1
    England 12/1
    Portugal 12/1
    Italy 14/1
    Holland 22/1
    Croatia 30/1
    Czech Republic 33/1
    Denmark 50/1
    Greece 50/1
    Ukraine 70/1

    Each way terms 1/3 places 1,2

    Stick a pin in. Italy aren't without a chance. A £5 for £70 would pay for a night out.

    If I hadn't seen the Dutch the other night I'd have though 22/1 were great odds. They'll have to improve a hell of a lot though.

    We (England) just need to draw to go through and i think we'll actually win against Ukraine. The question is whether our result is enough better than France that we go top of the group. I have a feeling we'll both win 1-0 and the England fans will be getting frustrated by the end of the match as either 1-0 win or 1-1 draw would see us go through second but we still don't push for more goals to go through top. So we'll win, but everyone will still have something to complain about!

    It does matter though, we could beat Italy/Croatia (I'd say an even match) but Spain will beat us.

    Italy and Croatia have both looked decent, so a game against either would be difficult.
