I work in Watford so I can give you a review of the town, the ground, and the one way system, calling it a s**thole doesnt do it justice. s**tholes sound quite small. Its more a s**topolis.

It's not so much a sad lot Rocky as one or two sad people who try to spoil it for the other reasonable people.

There have been some good exchanges in the past and the mods are OK.

I noticed on their forum that someone had spotted the address of the Watford FC registered Office as being in Oxford Road, High Wycombe and that the building was empty. Is that right?

Their registered office is at an accountancy firm in College Road in Harrow so not sure where the Oxford Road rumour came from!

I can't really see why people have a go at our stadium aside from the access. It is the perfect size for us, is only about 20 years old, we dont need a 20,000 seater stadium!

Ive always found Watford fans to be cool with us too. Ive got a mate who lives in Wycombe who is a Watford fan and he's always spoken highly of WWFC. Other than them being just down the road, ive never really considered Watford to be one of our rivals - i think we've only been in the same league for one or two seasons. Ive always respected Watford - not easy sustaining a club like theirs so close to London.

Agree, I like our stadium. Its perfect for us - can accomodate standing and seated fans, good family area, good views of the pitch and big enough that we can accomodate larger numbers. And, as you say, only 20 years old. In AP we trust :)

There's no problem with the access - it's the egress that a real pain in the ar**

I think every Wycombe supporter would agree with that aspect. If only they could sort out that it would be great.

we have a lovely little ground it may be small compared to others but it is big enough for us and
still relatively new.it is the home of the mighty wanderers and is frank adams legacy, enough said.:emoticon-0171-star::emoticon-0171-star::emoticon-0171-star::emoticon-0171-star::emoticon-0171-star:

Beautiful. Only heard it praised on TV. Getting out of the car park is a nightmare though. I hope that gets sorted having ditched the pipe dream.
