    You make it sound as if Rodgers is the one with all the experience of European football, has cut his teeth as a coach, commands respect throughout world football, was considered for the Barcelona job etc.and Laudrup is the young pretender following the same path.

    Imagine as a club, replacing Brendan Rodgers with Michael Laudrup and receiving £5m for the privilege. Unbelievable <steam>

    If Brendan gets Liverpool playing the same style of football as us what nicknames will people give them?

    No disrespect to all the Kopites Page_Moss, I just found the thread fascinating with the views of "outsiders". Getting a different perspective of our team & management is interesting to say the least. Our chairman Huw has been outstanding over the last few managers, and most Swans fans, if their honest five years ago, would never have believed we`d be in the top league now.

    We haven't landed Laudrup yet, hopefully very, very soon. Cheers mate <ok>
