well i`ll start <ok>......tbh they can dress it up all they like but the england performance was fking boring boring non football if u ask me.....yes they get a point but i`d rather do an ireland and have a go and crash out with knowing u tried 2 win games not just hang onto games like the new style english/italian league mix we keep seeing lately(chelsea the prime example)

they should bring in a boxing type rule for who`s trying and who`s not in football soon otherwise this style could ruin what was once called the beautiful game

Disagree a bit there rubber ball. England tried to play on the counter, which is a perfectly fine way to play the game but every time players like Oxlaide-Chamberlaine in particular were going forward they were cynically fouled and not one yellow or warning was produced. It was a shockingly biased refereeing performance.

Defending is as good a tactic as attacking. We did it against Liverpool.

Looking at all the teams on offer, Russia are by far the best so far and it will be interesting to see how they get on against Poland tonight. Spain looked a bit ordinary however it is early days and the tournament so far has been quite enjoyable. By the way i hope England do well. Eire are by far the worst team in the competition and were an embarassment the other night and i think they will be in for a further two hammerings in the coming week.

agree, the irish are the worst technically of any team in the euros.

like a bad version of england if you like. surprisingly i was fairly impressed with england, they started the match well and although they lack creativity and fluidity in attack they did well to get a drawer.

Thought the England game was a bit boring myself but agree with passive, the ref was certainly blinkered if not biased where the French were concerned.
I haven't seen many of the matches but Eire were pants the other night.

Disappointed with my Russians tonight, but fair play to Poland I thought they were fantastic. Lewandowski(sp?) in particular.

I think the Jerries will bully Holland out of it. The Cloggies are all pissandwind, individually brilliant but they have difficulty gelling as a team. Germany hardly ever fail when it comes to the crunch.

another day at the euros...portugal bailed out by varela, germany brush aside the netherlands with the group open to any of 3 teams joining germany..... if the netherlands beat denmark and portugal lose to germany they can still go through on goal diff.

so musty could be right after all (highl unlikely tho ;) )
