Being serious, I don't have a problem with Vegetarians, most keep it to themselves, accept it is a lifestyle choice and don't impose it on others.

They are for the most part a lot healthier than the rest of us because of it. Although I don't think I could do it, giving up beef, chicken and bacon would be a nightmare for me.

I do support free-range however. We are carnivores and predators naturally ... that doesn't mean we should be picking up cheap meat on a store shelf with no thought as to how it got there.

I do agree with that - I have no problems with anyone's life choices provided they don't try and enforce them on everyone else and use their beliefs as an excuse to have an argument about more or less anything. Not that I'm mentioning any names TFWNN <whistle>

so if it cant scream its ok?

apparently plants also let out a scream

and who says they are innocent? some of the sheep are right bullies.

also if you slit their throats they cant scream <ok>

what i'm syaing is that they can feel it and have souls and brains and nerves, and do sheep kill anyone or anything, you kill a cow to eat it, it's ok, but if you kill a dog and eat it, it's illeagal, this is because since we like dogs more, they have a right to live, while cows and other animals don't.

We now know that plants actually communicate, fight for territory, expel their enemies etc etc etc

will this mean you will give up eating these living organisms? or is it only if you hear them scream that makes it cruel?

I'd probably have a go at this **** for starting another **** thread, but I have to be honest and admit I always wind up my veggie uncle by asking him the same thing <laugh>
