France Vs England Match Day Hub

Hello I am HOADIE_BOI and this is the match day hub for the France Vs England match, I do the match day hubs (Threads as many of you will know it as) for Gillingham throughout the season and have done so for a season and a half. I have decided that I will do the Match day hubs for the England games throughout the European championship.
This is where you can chat throughout the game and also in the build up to the game, also in this thread you can post your predictions for the teams which you think we will see play.
I have posted this now so that you have a chance to chat before the game and make your decision on who you think will play, also you will know where the talk will all be going on during the game if you choose to post throughout the game.
You can post your team predictions before the game, you may include the starting 11 plus the subs which you think will be in the team, no points awarded for your predictions it is just for fun, it allows you to start a healthy debate between each other about the team which we will play or what it should be.
Also you can post what you think the score will be, there is also no points awarded for this, it is just for fun,
So have fun in predicting the team and score and enjoy the build up to the game.

Why are you talking to yourself, out of interest?

 

No I was just doing that to get the thread back up the board, also there was a post which was deleted which I had replied to.

 

Why do you not put question marks at the end of questions?

 

Sometimes forget, everyone makes mistakes here and there.

 

I think England will hold on with their defensive long ball football for a large part of the game but France will eventually grab a goal and then England will implode as usual and lose 4-1.

England (probable) : Hart, Johnson, Terry, Lescott, Cole, Milner, Gerrard, Parker, Downing, Welbeck, Young.

France (probable) : Lloris, Debuchy, Mexes, Rami, Evra, Cabaye, Diarra, Malouda, Nasri, Ribery, Benzema.

We're starting Downing? Holy crap. How does he go from terrible season to first pick for England?

 

For what it is worth, I think it will be 1-1, but I really hope England beat the French ****s!

 

Why do you make mistakes here and there?

 

I'd take a draw right now but France are way to strong imo

Unless we've got Dead Shot Kean and Roy of the Rovers on the bench, we're doomed.

 

I think we will be outplayed for large parts of the game, but I still think we can get a draw. If we lose we will really be up against it *

5-0 France - John Terry to get sent-off

 

I will go France 1-2 England, but I think it will probably be a boring 0-1 either way,
I don't think Downing should be starting, I would rather see Oxlade Chamberlain starting as he is much better, even Walcott deserves to be in the team more than Downing, even though he wastes chances all the time.
