I would be gutted if McEachran was sold. He was ****ed over at Swansea so I wouldn't be upset if he was loaned out again for the first 6 months of next season as long as he gets playing time!
There's a lot of merit in your message LOFC! Its a great test for our new manager , whoever he he happens to be. Will he have the knowledge, skills, wisdom, balls to activate the talent we have bubbling away down below? Time will tell!
It'll be good for him to gain some prem experience before hopefully slotting straight into the 1st team in a season or two's time.
To all the Saints fans who asked but didn't get a reply: De Bruyne is a great winger, quick, skillful and he's got a bang on him! I watched him a few times for Genk and he links up play very well and not afraid to have a shot from distance. A good loan signing for you boys, who in my opinion should settle in the starting lineup maybe after a couple of months of the season. Glad the saints have him for a season, he could be quite a useful asset and he does have quite a tasty shot on him
Send McEachran to Norwich, we'll look after him, and he will definitely get some game time, he will find is easier to fit into our squad as it is full of young talent (our squad was the youngest last season in the PL), got to remember he is still only 19, so this would be a sensible solution. Norwich have a good work ethic, no ego's, strong team spirit, and keep fighting attitude that served us well last season. I could easily see 5 man midfield (Pilkington, McEachran and Howson, Bennett, with Hoolahan playing just behind the Striker).
Known it to happen once in the premier league, 2004 I think it was we let lualua play against us for pompey, he scored against us and ultimately cost us a place in the champions league
Yep, and it was that goal that made the FA change the rules so that a loan player could not play against his parent club
