I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's £1.50 per ticket to renew online. Someone may correct me on that.

It costs more over the phone or at the ticket office I think.

Same goes for individual match tickets if bought online.

EDIT: Just checked on the Official Season Ticket Announcement from a couple of weeks ago and it says....

    Booking Fees:
    Online: £1.50 per ticket
    Hotline: £2.50 per ticket
In person: £1.50 per ticket (debit/credit card payments only
    )

    Hope that helped Godders.

Message looks good, but I want to move seats so can't renew until Friday (and even then according to the OS I can't do it online...).
I bet a lot of people in Block 34 are going to want to move now it's been upgraded, but hopefully not too many away from the Northam. I'm doing it so I can sit near\next to any friends\family I buy tickets for for the "big" games. Currently there's not a single non-ST seat anywhere near me.

Booking fees annoy the hell out of me - I can only avoid them if I go to the ticket office with a load of cash. You might as well include it in the price of the ticket.

There's no VAT on the booking fees, but there is on the ticket price so if they just added it to to the ticket it would be more than just £1.50 extra. Personally, I wish it was £1.50 for my ticket and ~£5\600 for in booking fees. That way an ST could be 20% cheaper:tongue:

The later articles don't seem to mention debit cards so maybe they've changed it to credit cards only?

Hi hope someone can help. I'm going to get my 1st season ticket for me and my son this year, I've not had one for about 20 years, yes I'm oldish.

I'm going to do the the purchase online as I'm on holiday when they are released so my question is do you get a display of the section and seat numbers as I would like a seat at the end of an aisle or will I have to wait and do at the box office so they can show me the seat?

    Thanks in advance

As people are just renewing right now I guess we won't know yet.

I would certainly imagine so though, as this has been the case with other clubs using such a system and also for cinemas, theaters etc using a similar system.

Just been through the system up until the final payment and it all looks good.
Will finally renew on 29th June - don't want to have to part with cash too early :)

Anyone tried renewing at a concession price yet? I've been a concession for the last few years and showed my ID last year, but it looks like I'll have to renew mine at the ticket office as it only allows me to renew it to an adult ticket :/

Saints put out a tweet about this:

"If you are offered an adult ST renewal when looking for concession your DOB isn't registered with us. Simply call 0845 688 9288 to rectify"

Very sensible. Always keep your money in the Bank until the last moment.

I thought I might try begging in the Above Bar to see if I could raise my season ticket money.

With my scruffy cloths, walking stick, long hair, beard and whiskers and my lame leg I am sure to get lots of sympathy.

I might even take the dog. People like to see that and usually give generously thinking the money will be used to feed the poor animal.

Look out for me and give generously.

Anyone who kicks me will get a whack with my walking stick.

I'm staying in block 34, I was expecting about £600 so been saving up all year - It still hurts, but I like it where I am so wanted to stay there. It was mostly ST holders around me, so will be interesting to see who has moved elsewhere
