Apologies for the short price but need to put a winner for my own lol have been winning but wheb following other people lol .Has been slightly disappointing, but has come to more of encouragement of late was second lto atr Worcs, his jumping has become sound and has stuck to the task in hard. 4.15 Nottingham- Invisible Man- 7/4 (NAP)

Invisible Man hasn't been sighted since signing off last year with a Group 2 second in Turkey but rates the one to beat if putting his best foot forward. Is the class horse in the race Invisible Man makes his first appearance of the season in the totepool.com Sports, Games, Bingo & More, Connections are looking at a possible third crack at the Hunt Cup at Royal Ascot.
Godolphin's seasoned campaigner lifted the ultra-competitive handicap at the Berkshire course in 2010 and was third last summer.
Although he has not run since finishing second in the Group Two Topkapi Trophy in Turkey last September, he usually goes well fresh and is suited by the race conditions.

And last one..

8.40 Ripon- Stencive- 13/8

Ripon's SIS Live Maiden Stakes should be well worth waiting for as it looks a potentially informative heat with a number of big yards represented.
Any number of improvers are involved, but preference is for the William Haggas-trained Stencive, once thought of as a possible Derby material and still eminently capable of making up into a smart animal. Is dropping down in grade and has shown definite promise in his sole two-year-old start at Newbury in October, the Dansili colt went to Newmarket last month for the Listed race won by Frankel's brother, Noble Mission.

Two for me on Wednesday:

4:45 Nott - Secret Quest 3/1.
Unexposed and won her maiden last time out.

20:10 Ripon - Tajneed 10/1.
Course, distance and ground in it's favour. Fallen down the weights.

Good luck Wolly and to everyone with their bets.

‎2.30 Nottingham

Cats Eyes 9/2

Cats Eyes and Demora share a very similar profile having beaten the same rival into 2nd on their last starts but I'm going to plump for the latter who I think had a little left in the tank when scoring on turf debut last month. Demora has only a 4 day turnaround for his last C+D success so may easily flop and when taking into account Cats Eyes is more than double the price and he was a horse I thought would have a higher handicap mark at this stage in his career he's the clear value call in my eyes in what are jockey Shane Kelly and trainer Robert Cowells only engagements of the day.

3.40 Nottingham

Minnie Diva 17/2

Quite look the look of Kevin Ryan's 6 start maiden who I think will definitely benefit from this step up in trip to 14f for the first time. After a pleasing debut and being confined to the fibresand for her next 3 starts, Minnie Diva ran a cracker to finish a short head 2nd at Beverey two starts ago off a mark of 59 under todays jockey Graham Lee. This front running filly was headed with a couple of furlongs to go but she battled gamely and rallied inside the final furlong to go down by a very narrow margin. The winner has since run a cracker upped in Class off a 5lb higher mark so the form of that race looks very solid. Upped 4lb, she ran a bit of a shocker on her last start but I'm putting that down on the good to firm ground being against. She now returns to a surface with a bit of cut in it and this represents Kevin Ryans only runner at the track. Moreover, Graham Lee comes here for one ride before heading to Ripon in the evening so it looks like a bold bid is expected.

4.45 Nottingham

Negin 14/1 NB

Fascinating handicap debutant for Ed Dunlop who I think could have a pretty lenient mark of 69 to deal with. Negin made her debut as a 2 year old when running a cracker on good to firm ground at Goodwood to finish a 5.25L beaten 5th in a race where the form has worked out really well. The four in front of her are now rated 90, 81, 83 and 83 respectively and considering she actually injured herself during the race it was a tremendous effort. She was off the track for 9 months before making her 3 year old debut and although she was beaten 14L it has turned out to be a very good effort. The winner Moonstone Magic, who pulled 8L clear, won a Group 3 on her next start and contested the Guineas. The 2nd Lady Loch won on her handicap debut off a mark of 70 today whilst the 3rd won a Maiden that looks very strong. Moreover, the 6th won on her next start and contest a Listed contest afterwards so it actually was very strong form, especially as the near bottomless ground may not have been ideal. Although Negin ran a shocker on her last start on the AW, she is now entitled to go handicapping and I think this well represent a much easier task. Ed Dunlop has stated this filly was always going to need plenty of time to see her in best effect so I definitely feel her best days are to come. She's upped to 1m for the first time which should definitely suit as should a return to a more sound surface. Her trainer is in good form at present and this represents his only action of the day. Moreover, it is also jockey Chris Catlin's only engagement and I'm pretty confident of a very big showing from this filly.

6.30 Kempton

Gottcher 11/4 NAP

This one absolutely jumped off the page at me. This 4 year old gelding represents the David Barron stable who couldn't be in better form right now with 6 winners from their last 9 runners. Gottcher comes here on the back of an 8 month break but that actually looks like a huge advantage to me. Last year on the back of a 7 month break, Gottcher romped to success from a 2lb higher mark on his sole AW start to date to win by 4.5L and when taking this into account, coupled with the fact he is 9lb below his last success, he looks an extremely appealing proposition. The booking of Ryan Moore seems very significant and I'll be very surprised if he loses tomorrow.

9.10 Ripon

Rosairlie 4/1

I think 4/1 looks a huge price for Micky Hammond's 4 year old filly who has been in cracking form of late, sandwiching two excellent wins over hurdles between two excellent efforts on the flat. On her 2nd last flat start, she finished an excellent 3rd behind Cloudy Spirit at Pontefract. The winner Cloudy Spirit has franked that form by winning off a 7lb higher mark so there was nothing wrong with that form. On her last flat start Rosairlie ran another cracker to be beaten 2L by Pokfulham at Newcastle last month. The winner that day got first run on Rosairlie but the pair still 14L clear of the rest. She's been only raised 3lb for that effort but the return to better ground looks certain to suit and I'm very confident she can break her maiden on the flat in fine style today.

Morning guys I believe THE LOCK MASTER 5.15 Nottingham will gain revenge today for his narrow defeat on Monday by cane cat who just caught him in the closing stages when I was hoping to collect but with a young claimer taking off 8lb hopefully I'll get my money back today 5/2 is a cracking price. Good luck if you play

Woolcombe i did have a good look at Invisible Man's race but i came up with the idea that he is having a Godolphin pipe opener today as he is entered in a decent handicap at Royal Ascot on the Tuesday and it would be foolish so close to the event to give him more weight to carry. It is definately a betting race for me though as he is making the price for St Moritz who although maybe outclassed at Epsom would brush aside anything else in this race except Invisible man with ease (in theory).

It does all hinge on whether Invisible man is tuned up for the race and i am going with not.

Nottingham 4.15
St Moritz 11-4

Morning, all. Spare a thought, say I, for the old ‘Queen and Country’ brigade today. They must be having withdrawal symptoms as what have they got to look forward to now?!? Still at least they had a few days of doing what they do best – lots of marching, lots of saluting and lots of staring adoringly at minor Royals! ‘Broken’ Britain it may be but you can guarantee that a few hundred million can always be found for there antics or little manoeuvres.

Anyway, down to ‘brass tacks’ and it’s a ‘no bet’ one for me today but I see that a lot of the forum’s favourite trainers stock went through the old ring at Doncaster last week. These included Solix (£90k to Ian Williams), Be There In Five (£10k to Tim Easterby), Soliwery (£28k to those old rogues the Pipe’s), Joseph Lister (£18k to Loughphililp Bloodstock), Zama Zama (30k to Evan Williams), Carabinier (£27k to Enda Bolger) and my old fave Mossley (£70k to Robbie Hennessy). It may be wise to ‘lay’ these horses in the old future because it is impossible to improve upon perfection and all these beasts are likely to struggle now without the assistance of Mr Henderson’s magic hands. Eyecatching though that the great man himself bought back Hit The Headlines (for a comparatively cheap £27k to boot). That’s a tip in itself, people, and log that fact in the old notebook immediately.

50's and 40's for the 1st 2 winners! Nobody "experimenting" on the biggies? The 50/1 paid £95 on the tote, the csf was lower! <doh>
