I don't want to see Holt leaving because I think that he is a very important part of the team, and I hope that he stays. I still think he will play for Norwich next season.

You say he will poach our players - meaning they are good enough to be playing for a top half Prem team You say our players are all championship or league 1 players playing beyond their means.. I think he got his words in a mess LOL, he messed up there, if your players were not good why would they play for a supposed top half team haha, bitter ****er, just cause Colchester have gone no where but down the ****ter.
As I understand it, Holt's agent said in one of his many interiews on Radio Norfolk, that McNally had indeed come back to Holt after Drury's testimonial with an offer of a 3-year contract. This was apparently not good enough as they felt the club had left them out to dry too long after the transfer request was handed in. Holt and his agent then rejected it as too much damage had been done. If that is true, then Holt and Payne have gone even further down in my estimation.
If we sell him I'd like to see him go to a championship club for 2 reasons which are both rather obvious. I'd prefer him and his agent to suck it up and stay though
