    I'm not going, dunno who most of the bands are but Mike Rogers is excellent. I recommend.

    There are also festivals on in Hessle and North Ferriby on Monday

    Make sure you look at for my mate Joe Mackenzie if you are there! He's incredibly talented, plays acoustic guitar and sings!

    I went to it last night. Some decent venues and a nice evening for it as well. There was some decent stuff on, particularly the last group in the Duke. They were a 4 piece & played violin, keyboard & didgeridoo and had some beat boxer to helo with the odd song. Apart from the their cover of Paint It Black, which was bizarre, they were quite good. Sounded like most of it could have been a soundtrack to a film.

    Weirdest moment was seeing the Hell's Angels (can't remember their actual name) walk through a pub where the heavy metal stuff was on. Those bands in there were probably the dross of the night. That was just ****e- moshers headbanging. I hate heavy metal in general, unless it;s the older stuff- Led Zep, Black Sabbath etc.

    About 6 of us heading to cott about 5ish looking forward to some live music.

    try to get Mr Sneaks if you like ska and judge dread from the 70s. I think they are on in Keys at 5 today
