I treat every person as an individual regardless of what their birth nation is. From my experience the German people are not too different to the Brits..eg I have met a fair share of good people from Germany as well as a number of dickheads.. As for the film mentioned by the OP: I found it to be one of the most emotional films I have ever seen.
