Must say I didn't think he should be promoted just yet but having seen him play recently for lorient which culminated in reportedly brilliant performance for costa rica I actually he should be put in ahead of afobe who will also make it IMO but has had his arsenal career slightly delayed due to injury. I didn't see the match but saw the match highlights which HEAVILY involved Campbell and read a report both of which I have attached to this article. Never knew about this vision tbh. http://translate.google.co.uk/trans...=safari&sa=N&tbo=d&biw=1024&bih=672&tbs=qdr:d http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gfsuTpuZ4Yw Oh you won't get most of the article but it does emphasise the role Campbell played!
Must say after doing some research on Campbell, I have to agree, he is very left footed, front three next year Campbell...Podolski....Oxo
It will be interesting with both campbell and miyachi in the team next season, but i am unsure if wenger will give them that much game time or whether he will send them back out on loan. Personally i think that campbell will be ready for the 1st team, he seems to have that more aggressive nature to his game which i think will help him move ahead of miyachi, i think that miyachi will need another 6 months on loan and then we will see him burst onto the seen. It is very exciting to have oxo campbell and miyachi all coming into the team aswel as the hopeful return of wilshere and afobe and aneke aswel, if we do the right buisness in the transfer window and keep rvp ho knows what can happen next season.
I dont think Campbell is ready. I wouldnt mind him going on loan to a PL club for the first 6 months of the season.
There's optimism for you. Im still going with: Podolski---VanPersie----Walcott Campbell is a raw talent. He does amazing things and crazy things. I think he'll probaly need a season in England to get used to the game before we really see him make an impact. Also I think we should start seeing Oxo being played more often as an attacking mid. Rather than out wide.
Agree with this. He's done well at Lorient but not set the world alight which is perfectly understandable considering his age. A year over here to get accustomed to the pace of the game, gain strength and mature and he'll be a far better player.
Hopefully he gets his work permit first. If he does, then I would like to see him in the first team squad for the first half of the season. Maybe getting game time in the Carling Cup. Then send him on loan.
seen him a couple of times, did extremely well against Puyol in a friendly, and scored a belter not long back! Looks promising
If JC gets WP then he and Ryo will get the first half of the season at Arsenal. How it goes in those 6 months will decide if they go on loan in 2nd half of the season.
