I've just seen a bit on another site stating that we have made enquiries about taking zigic on loan from birmingham until January with a £1m buyout clause if he impresses.. And that we are in talks with John Carew's agent about a deal.. He's on a free apparently.. I know he played under MoN at villa but bit of a backwards step if it's true.
I would hope that is tripe like most transfer gossip cause as has already been very well said they are both hapless. Be good to see Johnson come in from citeh as is also rumoured on this site though.
John Carew could be over the hill but he's still a billion times better than Wickham and Ji . as is Zigic

I'm sure some of these so called rumour websites are just sad, 40 year old **** stained arseholes sitting in their bedrooms, at their parents house, making **** up to pass the time. You'd probably have more realistic speculation if you asked next door neighbours cat. I believe Martin is no mug and will want players that will immediately lift the club not force it back into the dark ages. He already said he wants pace and goals and neither Carew or Zigic offer either.
Convinced MoN desperate to bring pace into the side. May get a big man to hold the ball up as well, but not one of these two. Hoilett and Moses with Fletcher. Oh yes! If Martinez goes to Liverpool, think Moses could be had. With Fletcher and Hoilett as well (Sturridge my wet dream) that would be one fun side.
Have you ever seen him play? He has about 5 minutes of action in each game, the rest of the time he wanders about, worse than Bendtner, and definately NOT a billion times better than Ji or Whickham. he's rubbish!
Until they are spotted as Seaham Hall having a 1/4 pounder with extra cheese but no onions, and then seen doing shots of flaming sambucas with Emille Donkey, i'm not believing this rumour.
