    Jay Rodriguez is at the centre of a transfer battle – with Burnley looking for £8million for the England Under-21 star.

    Southampton are keen and Cardiff have already made a £5.5m bid for the striker. Newcastle are also hovering but the price has put off Norwich and Fulham.

    I don't think we need many more bench warmers, especially as the home side at St James' has heated seats!

    If we're struggling, I hear Owen is on a free! He's had plenty of practice...
