I don't enjoy being negative about any Toon player, but he is simply not going to achieve anything at Premier League level...

 

I think hes been alright apart from that West Brom performance, thought he did everything right against Wolves.

Aye, ****ing Amy being sold as a contender for lowlight of the season! I remember when I found out, I was in Tesco's after just being in town doing some cool **** when I heard '.. this is the news of the latest reports that Newcastle have accepted a £35 million bid from Liverpool for Andy Carroll' over the radio. My heart literally sank as I turned to my mate and just went 'What? No!' A non football fan though so he didn't really get it as much as I did.
I heard people talking about it on the bus home and I was just gutted. Also pissed me off that they couldn't remember the previous highest paid transfer free for an Englishman. Don't know why, like ma' facts mate.

I was gutted at the time. So sad he'd left. Pissed off he walked out on us. Felt no hope for the rest of the season. I was walking around going 'well that's ****ed up our season then'. Equally as gutted as Hoots being sacked though, and I still love Hoots so it's different. I'm sticking with Hoots.

**** Amy. We've got the money, Liverpool can naff off. If we get Gervinho and a decent striker like Ba/Sow/Gameiro in the summer we're bloody laughing. Who needs him when we've got Leon Best and Foluwashola Ameobi!!
