....should be in the England squad, yet I don't hear any English fans mention him in the mix. Discuss.
not quite there yet....plus it would look odd for a loan player that spurs sent out on loan was good enough for england.. He may get there one day if he works hard for spurs.....
Never mind about it looking odd what about his performance? England don't have another centre-back who is so comfortable on the ball (thanks to us I may add), physically he's got the tools, and he's been the key component in a defence that's kept 14 clean sheets....for a little club that's just come up. Don't understand why Sinclair sometimes gets a mention when he's been off form for most of the season but Caulker doesn't get a sniff. If their squad was picked on merit Caulker would be in it.
At the moment England aren't exactly blessed with fit / available players in that position , no expectations on England winning the tournament so couldn't have been a opportunity to try some one like Chaulker
I would of chucked him in there in a heartbeat as was said by terrorwit he has been a cornerstone with ash this year against all the big guns for little old swans. no hesitation
If he doesn't come to us and and plays at spurs next season he will be have a cap by this time next year
To be honest I'm surprised that Brits and Dyer haven't been even mentioned by England fans. I'd rather have Dyer going down the wing over Walcott any day.
Spot on Terror, for a young lad he is a beast. He will rise to the top of the game, his stature as a centre back seems to grow weekly.
God I wish we could have bought Caulker . After the season he had with us , his stock has risen dramatically . Hope he doesn't get a call up , could make him even more expensive .... even to loan maybe .
the thing that lets dyer down is his crosses. improve that side of his game and he may have a chance....
He just shows too much quality at the age of 19 for him never to have a cap...id be tempted to stick my neck out and say potentially a future captain
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18211213 Doesn't look like he'll be first pick give Spurs transfer activity. Good for us
This is the best bit of news ive heard since Vorm conceded 3 when Holland played Munich the other day meaning he will likely no play in the Euros and not attract too much unwanted attention
