Hmm, I've met some sort of famous people. In order:

    1. 'Wicksy' from eastenders, when he was in eastenders. He was a ****.

    2. I kissed Miss UK, and she made me cry. (I was 5).

    3. Stephen Hawking... seemed alright, didn't have much to say.

    4. Henry Kissinger.

And a mate of mine met Maggie Thatcher at some sort of dinner thing. He said she was less of a **** than you'd expect. Really why it's best not to talk about politics I suppose.

Oh yeah, and I shook hands with Clinton before he was President. I had no idea who he was, so I guess the feeling was ****ing mutual.

You mean Clinton didn't know you? How on earth did he get into office not knowing a Toon supporter in the States?

During the early nineties, when we were being promoted to the Premier League, the players used to play golf at my club every week. On this one day Keegan had forgot his golf shoes, so I lent a pair of old ones to a mate of mine and lent them to keegan on the condition he could caddy for him. According to him, during the round Keegan cheated all the way round, kicking the ball out of the trees etc when no-one was looking and making my mate promise not to say owt on the condition of free tickets for the home game on Saturday. My mate did this and after having a chat with Terry Mac after the round we were told to turn up a a designated place on the Saturday to collect the tickets. We did this. No tickets!! We even got Terry Mac to come down to see us after we kicked up a stink with the Ticket Office. He denied any such offer was made and basically told us to f**k off. I have kept this information to myself for 20 years but I feel it should now be in the public domain. Keegan cheats at golf.

I feel cleansed now that I have got this off my chest after all these years...

A few years after our infamous loss against the Makems and Mr Courtney the referee I had the chance to get my own back. My mate lived opposite his house in Spennymoor. After a heavy night on the beer and ranting about referees being against us my mate mention that he lived over the road. Upon hearing this we all adjourned outside and proceeded to whack golf balls at his window for the next 5 minutes... Very funny!! He didnt seem very happy when he came outside!!!

Met all sorts of footballers and cricketers, most noticeable one was Alain Goma coming to present awards at a football award where my dad used to work, top guy was always my favourite toon player after that. Me and my sister got a photo taken with Kevin Keegan when he was Newcastle manager in 1995, met Harper at Kings Cross once (infact it was the day Keegan quit England) and saw Beardsley on the way into successive home games once, said hi both times.
Also when my dad was a courier one of his customers was Steven Taylor's dad.
