Hmmm, I think Thai knew there was a fairly high chance of some wumming when he posted this. When I say fairly high, I of course mean between 99-100%. For the record, I am glad that all three teams stayed up, and think it will make for fantastic viewing next year. Especially considering there will be three more new boys. For me, it will feel like we have six new boys in a mini-league, with Wigan and maybe one other thrown in for good measure. Lambert has been fantastic for you, but your club is bigger than one man. You've done it before without him, and you'll do it after he's gone. There are plenty of good managers out there, I think Lee Clarke would be a good option.
qpr - thank you for talking sensibly! I can't believe that that StanleyBowles character thought that we believed the op was a genuine article! I think that shows he has LESS intelligence than he credited us with! If all posters from another club were as sensible as you, there would be no problem
If I was fishing for wums I would have dumped it on your board before someone else did and started to take the piss but I wasn't. I knew, as did most people that have read it, that it was satirical and bloody funny. Even most of your guys on your own board saw the funny side of it but because it was on here and I invited your guys to read it (without taking the piss) the inevitable happens when certain individuals appear. SB10 has an uncanny inability to discuss anything with fans of other teams, he just mouths off via the forum. You cannot deny this, as the evidence appears on your own board just about every day. Hence I no longer have any desire to venture over there anymore, just worth the abuse and insults. Thankfully he will not be returning, just a few more to get rid of and maybe we can talk to proper football supporters who also happen to like QPR too
Lol, I guess i'm just on a "Higher Plain" of wummery I don't go looking for trouble, but I'm not going to get lectured on Grant Holt or Paul Lambert by a QPR fan thats been ****ting on his team all year and inly survived by the skin of their teeth
At the risk of sounding silly, I know that you knew it was sarcastic. It's fairly obvious and quite amusing. I was merely commenting upon the title of the thread. Surely with that title you knew that some of our - how shall I put it? - less restrained fans were going to come and have a pop. I wasn't defending them at all, or denying anything(!), I was just pointing out that the title of the thread did invite some wummery!
I can accept that as a point of view The title was more aimed at those that keep telling us they could not give a rats arse about our team but are only too happy to come over and take the occasional cheap shot when the opportunity arises. If the likes of SB10 don't care about us, wtf was he doing over here in the first place? He ultimately paid a small price for his lack of restraint (that was not my fault, that was his - he didn't have to take what he saw as bait) whereas your good self, Telford and WatfordR, among others do not see fit to do the same which is appreciated

Aye, agreed. Clearly anyone reading your board cares. I skim-read most active PL boards as I care about all clubs and football in general. I do look at Swansea's board and yours more as we naturally share the 'new boy' status and are therefore good competition for one another and one can see how far each club has/has not progressed through comparison.
