No chance of Liverpool progressing when there is too higher expectations and continual instability. Hodgson and Daglish are not terrible managers but the reality is that Liverpool will have to work hard to get a top four spot with many other clubs competing with better players and more money. You need to keep a manager and give him some time, problem is expectations are too high.

It was the correct call (depending on the replacement) signings poor, league season poor, tactics poor , team selection poor. Yes he guided us to a Carling Cup victory and FA cup final but that was not his target, or the owners. As a fanbase our expectations have been lowered, remember the weekend when we all celebrated Man City winning the league? 2 years ago we were chasing for the title showing the negative direction we have traveled. We don't know that yet. I think he has walked. If he has been sacked it's sad they didn't even come over to do it, but you've got to treat lfc like what it is, a business. I think he knows his managerial skills aren't what they used to be anyway.
I don't think he was ever really their man though Billy. I think he was orignially brought in the steady the ship but the fans made sure he stayed there longer. I don't think he is edia savvy enough for a club trying to increase / improve their image worldwide which as stupid as it sounds has a big part to play at the minute
