    Well done to big John Ruddy. Deserved call-up. Hope he plays in one of the friendlies to get an England cap.
    Otherwise a real mixed bag from Woy. Oxlaide Chamberlain is brave, but not including the Grolt, Lennon, Micah Richards and one or two others, and including Downing is poor.

    Bit tetchy eh Carra?

    Holt never had a hope, months ago it was me who told you lot to shut up about Holt and start talking about Ruddy as a deserved England contender.

    The good news is that although he's unlikely to feature in the tournament, Ruddy is bound to feature as a sub in the friendlies to get a feel for the jersey. That will be something like the fourth or fifth Norwich England cap, congratulations.

    They're two totally separate issues I don't see how complaining about the lack of respect shown to Holt has any kind of impact on the achievement of the mighty John Ruddy. Take your WUMming elsewhere please :emoticon-0148-yes:

    Pilkington deserves to be in England squad more then Downing. Pilks has got goals, assists and take to the league brilliantly. Same old england for Hodgson's reign by looks of things.

    John Ruddy himself is very disappointed that Holty wasn't selected! If we didn't complain, JR would feel very let down!

    It takes nothing away from our joy and respect for HIS call-up! Only stupid Ipswich fans would not understand that!

    Let them have their fun. We are gutted for our Captain who deserved a chance of playing for his country. Ruddy got picked and rightly so.
