Why is it unfortunate for me? I'd have thought that If anyone felt pleased about that fact it would be someone who was on trial for racially abusing someone.

Have to agree with you both there. Sentiment aside I can't see why any fan of Arsenal, Spurs or even West Ham for that matter could want Chelsea to be the first London club to win the CL.

If we win that then in terms of prestige, appeal and honour etc that would undisputedly take us above both Arsenal and Spurs and nobody could deny that.

I was down on my knees praying for Barca to beat Arsenal in 2006 and actually celebrated when Villarreal got a last minute pen against Arsenal in the 2006 Semi

Looks like the chelsea fans are jealous of the prestige other London clubs hold. But good to see they know their place below Arsenal and spurs

 

The prestige of no major trophies since 1991/2005 is not what we desire.
