2nd goal was a dive by Crouch too. He was the only ref who gave us anything through out the whole season.

How he has the time to referee and ride his bicycle really fast beats me.

    chris foy is the messiah..
    top ref..
we should sing 'only one chris foy' if we are lucky enough to get him next year

and our fortunes changed when the rapid squirrel made that run in the liverpool game..
both were sent by god to rescue us

its a toss up between Chris Foy and the Squirrel for the name on my shirt next season..

Absolutely. When you add that "ghost goal of hill" they surely have their luck with goals this season.

None of the goals under normal circumstance would have happened.

It should have been 0-0. Brilliant for those that had Over 2.5 on accumulators though :bandit:

I was there and he was absolutely woeful; Crouchy was being fouled all game and he gave nothing. He was so poor, he allowed a dubious goal, then on the penalty - which from the stands looked like a blatant pull back from the keeper - he marched up with his hand reaching for this pocket then just did absolutely nothing. Stoke would have walked it had he given them the free kicks they deserved and he bottled a chopping tackle with studs showing too. Inconsistent.

On seeing the first goal on MOTD, I had to check to see that the lino was not Bob - let me put it right - Pollock! It was not.
