Was looking at our players that we have at the moment and as its the end of the season, who is going to be let go, I think in no particular order.

Gower, Monk, Bessone, Bodde, Lita and Moreira

    And all the loans obviously

    Siggy, Caulker and McEachran

Lita was bought for nearly 2 million and has signed a three year contract, so there's no way Huw Jenkins will pay him off. It's a waste of money in a side low on strikers.

We need centre-half cover after Caulker goes and Tate's not up for it, so Monk will stay. I think, however, that this is the position that the club will spend on in the summer so who knows.

The rest? Get the magic 8 ball out. It all depends where the money goes in the sumnmer.

I don't agree, he will be put on the market and sold as he has caused the club embarrassment over his arrest

Embarrassment? I don't know about that <confused> He wasn't in a club function, he was in London not Wales, the club dealt with it sternly and quickly and quite rightly refused to comment and kept it out of the media.

If anything I think Brendan's reaction painted the club in a good light. Everyone knows Lita's got form, no managers going to change that. Bowyer, Barton, Dyer, Bellamy... They've been the same wherever they've gone.

Well I know it, and I am sticking to my opinion that he will be gone in the summer.

Maybe, maybe not. I think Monk is being groomed for the back room. That sounds really bad. <doh>

I can see that that, not his backroom lol but him having a different role at the club, for all his service to our club its something that might work for us. But he has been a liability at times for us, I am sure he is intelligent enough to know his time is limited playing wise, and has been given a chance, but we need something better at that position now, and if Caulker goes we need 2 players in that position.

tate will stay also anyone under contract will stay unless both parties agree to pay the contract up. we need two tall defenders, two strikers and a goalkeeper good enough to be vorms no2. <ok>

Don't think we need two strikers, one is sufficient as graham has proven he can score at this level. We need a midfielder in the mould of siggy if he doesn't sign, and two centre backs if caulker doesn't come back on loan to us. 4 players is what Brendan is looking for I think.

Agree we just need one striker, also agree with knackered that Monkey is being groomed for staff... If we get a strker, I think Lita will go - Rogers even started to play Moore ahead of him...

moore is a utility player and can play almost anywhere. we will keep him, lita has not been given a fair chance and he is the better finisher out of all the strikers. donnelly may feacher next season off the bench and whoever we get as the new striker will be the no1 especially if we pay around £5 million for him.....
