I'm hearing rumours from our training ground that Snodgrass has signed for us.

Don't see us having accepted a bid without us hearing anything, especially when Bates has been boasting about how close he is to signing a contract. If he leaves it will be in January or on a free next summer IMO.

The guy spreading the rumour has been right before when he's started rumours about players signing or about to sign. He was the first to say about us signing Ryan Bennett from P'Boro when nothing had been mentioned in the press. However, he has been wrong before.

I think he's something to do with the medical team.

With how Warnock and Bates are talking and how Harvey does the negotiations, I would not be surprised at all if this were true.

Howson, JOhnson and Snodgrass inthe same team in the Prem? I can actually see Snoddy being the one flop

We will consult with our own sources and get back to you.

    Over to you Boab!

I've just spoke to Boab and he says, he's heard that Snodgrass is going to sign for Norwich or another team who plays football, but it might fall through so he can't confirm as yet.

What he does know is sometime in the 10 next years Snodgrass won't be playing for Leeds United. Straight from the horses mouth. :)

Really? I think he'll be the best out of all three, but certainly better than Johnson (not that Bradley's crap)

Doubt its true cos warnock says hes keeping him till january regardless of whether he signs a new contract.

Out of the 3 i personally think howson has the best attributes to succeed in the prem

It doesn't make sense to me that he would suddenly have already signed for Norwich, certainly not with the way the Howson move happened.

We almost always hear about any more before it happens thanks to Gwyn Williams and his leaky trap which passes info onto a hack called Duncan Castles, as well as various national papers. So like Simon says, this Snodgrass to Norwich rumour doesn't sound very reliable.

Exactly, it's not come through any of the sources we would normally here from, Duncan Castles, Andrew Haigh etc. or the national 'papers you would expect to have picked up on this.

EDIT: In fact there are some (very minor) sources saying he's on the verge of signing a new contract.

Minor point: Andrew Haigh has never revealed anything in his life, he just repackages other people's work. He's like a Twitter news portal, except with more self-righteous arrogance attached.

Think he was the first with the Howson news, although I do generally just use him as a sort of twitter newsnow to other Leeds stuff.

Not sure why people are reacting so crazilly to this news??
Clayts was told he had no future under Colin, so we'll take the highest bid (i.e. Leicester). He's not good enough for either team to be fair, a few good games is all he's had and even the likes of Michael Doyle have had a handful of good games in a white shirt!

Yep and they said the same about great players like Peter Haddock and Glynn Snodin.

Simple really, signed last season but didn't look like he would make the grade so went on loan.Got a chance this season and for 4 or 5 games looked great, unfortunately his level dropped to average the rest of season.
Would put a value of £750,000 on him or £2.5 mill for a soft touch like Leicester.<whistle>

Well, we know Snoddy isn't in Norfolk, at least not right now; been spotted at Brammall lane watching his mate Neill Collins.

Is it just me, or do you think Leicester City's rich Thailand owners expected that their new club played in London just round the corner from that big Square with Nelson's Column in it ....?

On a positive note Clayton will still be getting £20,000+ a week, even when the F.U. KING FOOLS wake up and smell the Crisp fat <doh>
