Indeed, every time I buy a computer from Dell or software from Microsoft it gets sent from some bankrupt little place where they speak English almost incomprehensibly.
What I hate most is when they get someone from India to try sell me something. They are phoning Belfast, where English people can't even understand the accent and I get a phone call asking me do I want to upgrade my Virgin media broadband and phone package to their full television package? I say "no, I have Sky". Two days later a man comes to install the Virgin tv - then about 5 months later I get the exact same phone call, give a much more well defined NO and two days later get the man coming to install the ****ing thing again
You're making the classic mistake of actually talking to them. The only way to guarantee that no **** will turn up is to hang-up the phone as soon as they say why they are phoning...
