    Ba is good but I wouldn't want him as first choice. I'd prefer someone like Gervinho, need someone big, strong and quick who can score a lot of goals.

    Pardew said he was at Belgium-Austria last week on radio newcastle.Maybe he was looking at Lukako?He's meant to be the next Drogba apparently.Don't think he'd be able to get him though.Too much competition for him unfortunately.

    Personally I'd get Elmander on a free and make a bid for Connor Wickham at Ipswich.That way the pressure isn't all on him and he can have time to develop while Elmander can hopefully do the business and Pardew still has money to spend in other areas that need to be strengthened...

    Would never get Lukaku, Chelsea apparently had a 25mil bid rejected in January.

    He's been playing out wide right since January when Sturridge arrived on loan so he's not in the box nearly as much as he was at the start of the season.Worth a punt I think providing he isn't asking for silly money.I wouldn't move heaven and earth to sign him like but think he'd be a good option to have along with someone else abit younger
