Well bolton have had a lot of luck so they deserve a bad red card or penalty against them. I struggling to remember any clearly bad decision that gave us points. The only one I can remember is Mackies offside goal against Swansea which didnt affect the game as we won 3-0 anyway.
Well from a Stoke fans point of view.. IF we get a penalty vs Bolton I will be astounded. Fuller is prone to going down easily Crouch is fouled re in the area more times than I can remember, never gets any help or pens from refs, I guess it's becasue he's above average height wise? Pulis has said " We're going for the win on Sunday, our fans deserved it we owe them a good performance" Don't know who the ref is but no doubts there will be the odd **** up, just hope it goes our way, for youre sakes.
Thanks for that Pottermouth, we'll take it! I do think these things balance out over the course of a season; because we've been scraping along the bottom we do feel the injustices more keenly than if we had been riding high up the table. They are literally a matter of life and death to us (well not literally but you know what I mean). Are you generally slow starters in your home games or do you get going straight from the off? A couple of early goals would do wonders for the nerves!
Grinning Usually we start well enough and IF we score first i'm sure it will be game over for Bolton.. New's is that Fuller will start on Sunday, he's a real handful but blows hot and cold. This could be? his last game in a Stoke shirt so he'll be well up for it.. on his day he's unplayable and a couple of goals for Fuller will do for me. Much will depend on IF both Pennant and Ether's both start too! That, more often than not means we'll win most games at home. Could be? why Pulis didn't bring Ether's on last week. Just a thought and Pennant too did not even make the bench last week. Let's hope there is method in Pulis's madness. And, we really SHOULD have sent Wigan down last season.. I'm hoping this time we do send Bolton down with a loss. I too will have one eye on youre game, or ONE EAR i'll be shouting the Stoke lads on to victory.
The ref is Chris Foy. Incompetent but a QPR legend. How important is Gerry Francis' role at Stoke Pottermouth?
Your'e ref or Ours? He is the pratt who disallowed TWO Spurs goals and we won 3-2.. just hope he doesn't remember that and even things up
Have you included all the bad decisions that went against every other Club in your little table, Flyer?
