Why not Gillingham? He's inexperienced and hasn't the greatest track record. Lets not be blinded by our 'love' for him. He'd be an excellent player manager for gillingham
Gillingham would be the perfect opportunity for his stock to grow as a manager (outside of Hull anyway). If he can make a real go of it there then it can only raise a 'bigger' club's attention to him.
I thought it was City or bust for him. Since City has gone, I assumed he would opt for a direction change.
That would mean taking Barmbys word on what he said ... which obviously is always the truth .. oh ....
Why would it? If any of us get sacked we can't afford to hang around waiting for the outcome of appeals and court cases because our houses will be repossessed. We'd have to go and get another job, and if we then won an appeal it would be a case of compensation being paid for the time unemployed and any reduction in wages once we were employed. The law has to disregard the new job in terms of determining whether the appeal is valid or not, as the appeal is as much about clearing the person's name as it is about getting them their job back.
