Here are the players I feel we should/will move on in the summer.

    Loverman- contract up
    Ranger -waste of space
    Xisco- cut our losses
    Smith - contract up
    Gosling- not good enough
    Obertan- not good enough
Simmo- greedy and angling for a move

That little lot should free up space for Carr to get some real quality for the Europe push...

Probably the same players but im starting to think that Guthrie and Best will also be off in the summer. Both were fit for today and yet none of them made the bench.

To think Perchy , Willo used to be on this list too...but they've earned their way out of it.. generally agree with these, but Obertan may be a serviceable backup at best..

I'd probably go with Best... When ba and cisse go to the ACON we will
Have a championship standard strike force again.. We need a bit of European talent.. Someone who can come off the bench and change things (can't think of any game changing subs we have).

Agree with all bar your views on Simpson. None of us know the ins and outs of contract situations so I think its just hearsay to call him greedy etc. Facts are we don't know. If we can retain him I would but he is replaceable if you can find similar levels of commitment.

The rest are likely to free up more money than many realise. Xisco is 50k pw supposedly, Smith 60k, Lover will be around the 15k-20k mark I would think, and Gosling will be on a fair whack having cost nothing.

Doubt Obertan will go. At least not in the Summer. I think Pardew reckons he can do for Obertan what he did for Perch

Lover is definitely gone, he was the last off the pitch yesterday, and came back out into the centre circle to wave goodbye once everyone else has gone. He'll be missed as a bloke, but he was never really getting back in the team.

Loverman is one of the goodguys. Would like to see him join someone like Southampton and play regularly

Who I WANT to go, if replaced:

Lovenkrands- Past it, no longer prem standard, hasnt been for years.
Ranger- Total dickhead, and waste of time and money.
Simpson- Below average fullback, could easily sign someone better. Santon + Perch ahead of him every day of the week IMO.
Gosling- To be fair to the lad hes had very limited opportunities but hasn't looked hugely interested when given them.
Smith- Contract up + barely a footballer.
    Xisco- Nuff said.
Obertan- To quote a good mate of mine "The lads a cracking athlete but he is not a footballer"

    Who I THINK will leave
    Xisco
    Smith
    Lovenkrands
Ba- Already showing signs of getting fed up.

    Loverman- contract up
    Ranger -Can't stand the lad
Xisco- must be on his travels
    Smith - contract up
    Gosling- lazy
    Simmo- Won't sign
Ba - I think he's fed up and wants the limelight, aswell as reported buy-out clause

Some of the outgoing are obvious ala Smith, Xisco. Some are possibles ala Simpson, Guthrie and Ranger.

Problem is I can see Tiote and Ba moving on but from what we've heard we've already got our replacements lined-up should we recieve a substantial offer for one or two of our top players. I supose time will tell. We tend to sign the replacement then sell if last summer is anything to go by. I'm looking forward to the summer!

Hope a good home can be found for the outgoing players, but we need to cast some off to bring in new blood.

Just hope our master scout has something in the pipeline.

We need bodies, if we're in the uefa cup lover even could be useful. I doubt Gosling, Simmo or Best will leave. Obertan certainly won't, he's useful. I doubt Ba will move, Tiote is the only player we might lose to some CL team like ManU or AC Milan. I don't want Guthrie to leave. We need people to play the matches we're going to have to play.

Think your harsh on Simmo. He's quite good.

As for Obertan, Pardew obviously sees something in him. He saw somethin in Perch as well. I'll trust Pardew's eye over mine, at least for one more season.

Apparently for every first team player, Carr has a replacement in mind...
