i realised i had the game all wrong, ramires has not got a trick? just puts his head down and goes, and it was a lucky goal because it should of been defended better and pepe should of saved it. drogba was lucky that the ball went through skirtles legs, what? it had to go either side, hit them or go through!! andy carroll was brilliant, scored a superb goal and was unlucky not to be given the second, and basically liverpool were superb when caroll came on and by far the better team. andy townsend is a tw@t.

Turned out close in the end but Chelsea were imperious for 59 minutes. I could visibly see Chelsea had run out of steam, all the balls that 5 minutes before were going to Chelsea players were now going Liverpool's way. Carroll took his goal well but again Boswinga showed he can not defend and should have put the ball out straight away instead of poncing about with it. <grr>

This final was closer than it needed to be but credit to Liverpool for coming back and making it a ding dong finish. For me Petr Cech is the man of the match just for that save because we surely would have lost had that gone in. Petr is the best goalkeeper in the world and that save is top drawer and for me 2012 final will always be the Petr Cech final.<ok>

Oh and Andy Townsend is the biggest Bell-End ever to have pulled on a Chelsea shirt. :)

Andy Townsend is unbelievebly bad. But saying that, at least he's not Alan Smith....

Oh and Ginger, have you noticed how ridiculously high Ivanovic can get his foot in your sig? Could be a ballerina that boy....

Andy Townsend is an absolutely brilliant caller. He never, ever gets anything wrong, shows no bias, and reads the games better than anyone else. This is because he knows absolutely everything there is to know about football teams and players except...............the difference between good ones and bad ones.

No that is how the commentators described our goals. Those are quotes from ITV pundits and commentators

The irony is the luckiest goal of the three if you could call it that was actually Liverpool's.

A clearance from Bosingwa which somehow goes 90 degrees with Carroll being onside. 9/10 when Bosingwa clears that it goes out for a throw in or goal kick
