We're a way off that yet, the Allam's have to confirm that they're removing Nick's suspension(while somehow managing to not really explain why they did it in the first place), then Nick's got to agree to continue as if nothing has happened and not dispute some of the rubbish in their interview. It won't be easy, I hope they all agree to do it, but it definitely won't be easy.
They've got Barmby over a barrel really. They know and we know he isnt going to leave Hull, his Mrs wouldnt let him. So what job is he going to go for if he left us? Sure he can sit back and retire but he doesnt want to do that at 37. Press statement goes like. THere was a disagreement, this has been settled. It will remain an internal matter. We go forward yadda yadda yadda job done.
Well that's excellent news OLM, and ta for continuing to be a reliable source of info for us. /hug PS You off to London tonight with Burnsy for the Ska Festival?
That's the easy part - it hasn't officially been said that he's been suspended has it? All they have to do is remove the suspension and say that the speculation that NB is suspended is wide of the mark. As the suspension has already been removed that technically would be true. NB can then tell all in his autobiography in due course, like you said. Piece of piss this PR lark
I'm not going anywhere with Burnsy... I was in London on Wednesday and last weekend for the Hammers game and I'm no great hurry to get back there, Ska festival or no Ska festival.
The funny thing though Ricardo, is, Burnsys views, statements of facts, jumping to conclusions etc etc have all been pretty much in line with a fair chunk of the posters on here, who would at the first chance complain hes a crap journo and makes stuff us. Ironic eh?
you would think it would be very hard for them to carry on working together, if any truce was found there is bound to be underlying tension that could go off at anytime...
He's not got much of a chance of getting back onside after making the announcement of the takeover being off about 3 minutes before the Leeds game though.
Since Gwylim took over, I think you'll have a hard job finding anyone who doesn't want to see Burnsy return.
As it seems to be me you have the biggest issue with, I should point out I think Burnsy's great at what he does. He also knows a lot more about what's going on than he can say on air. You've posted some other disagreeable bollocks on here since I last checked, but I need to cut down on my epic multi-quote posts in response to your nonsense. It's clogged up enough threads.
So who's that gonna piss off then? I would think the pubs of Hull would be overflowing if that happened Barmby Army and all that
