We are all speculating on the new manager, the Allams motives etc etc. What about Nick? He has been a good servant to this club over the years and is as I have sung many times 'one of our own'. He also stated he never wanted to go to another club and it was all about Hull City. His attitude was reflective of how any of us would feel about the club we love. How must this guy be feeling now? I would be devastated if this club dissmissed me in this manner and certainly wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Hope Nick knows he will always be welcome back at the KC whenever those clueless idiots depart! No matter what happens now, the Allams will never be forgiven for treating him like this. One Nicky Barmby, there's only one Nicky Barmby!!!!
He does not need the money and for now he can do nothing until the LMA have sorted it out for him. He wont work for the Allams again and I for one hope that the Allams depart and depart very soon. Assem Allam said that they saved the club as a gift for the people of the City of Hull. So how about leaving now whilst there is still a club thats worth something.? As a few have said, If ever there was a time for the Hull City Tiger Nation to be in control Now is that time. Stay strong Nick. The fans are with you. Hope you come back with Adam and a new ownership sooner rather than later.
If i was him i would have a long break and ask myself if i deserved to be treated like a bloody dog, It may be a while before we here of Nick in football again, and when we do i hope its at the Kc...
If things are so bad and people are growing to hate the Allams can't we informally protest, like having some sort of permanent protest like United have against the Glazers with the scarves, Glazer can't do anything like that and it must piss him off that all the fans hate him, if we did something similar to that perhaps the Allams will walk and open the door for a better future, just a suggestion
I guess the next place for Nick will be the Lawyers, Surely he has a case for unfair dismissal? It'll be interesting to see if he does stay in management and where he does go next. I am in no doubt that if given the time he will become a great manager. All the best too him.
The owners need to see what the fans think of all this. It's an outrageous decision and I really don't think they'll understand how we feel about it. There should be some kind of protest. I'd imagine most people would be willing to join in with some kind of demonstration but no one would know how to start/arrange it.
Fish Out ! Dolan Out! Maybe we could form a FC Hull spin off club, I'm not much kop in the air but I could play left back until we sort something out.
You'd want to hand the club over to the Tiger Nation, the same group who barely raise a cheer at home games, who moan and criticize almost everything that happens? Really? **** me.
I'm going to print off a load of Barmby masks and hire a coach for incensed Tigers fans for my 'justice for Barmby' campaign, just need the old Arab's address and a bus driver then its game on!
