    Some sad United fan is on 5 live trying to say that City will have bought the title if they win. As if United themselves have not spent shed loads of money. Just sad!

    United were the initial big spenders in football.

    They obtained a gift to enable them to build OT and were called 'Moneybags United' or something like that...

    So yeah, you earned the money...after building the ground that is a huge part of your financial muscle for nothing, a gift from a sugar daddy you could say!

    The debt was from them buying the club. Bit different. Although no doubt citys transfer budget could pay it off.

    Let's be honest, both Manc clubs are as despicable as each other in their attitude towards modern football. One is a brand that whores itself around selling themselves for the biggest price while the other ones just got lucky by having Arab money pumped into their club and overpaying for ****e players in an attempt to establish themselves as a top club. I wanted Man Utd to lose tonight, and I hate Ferguson, but I have a hell of a lot more respect for what Man Utd and Arsenal have achieved in their history than what the likes of Chelsea and Man City ever will.

    So even though I'm loving Man Utd throwing away an 8 point lead football will die that little bit more when City lift the title. You look at the directors box at City tonight? All accountants and money men bar Summerbee. Miles different to Old Trafford where you'll see Charlton or Anfield where you'll see Rush, Hansen etc.
