Fernando --God bless him--has now,by my reckoning ,moved into 67th position in Chelsea's all time scoring list! What a buy!!!

In all fairness I was so happy to see him get his first hat-trick for us. Well deserved for all the work he's put in during that horrible drought.

Awesome moment for Fernando and it's on the back of his Barca goal. Could this goal scoring be just in time to thump Liverpool on Saturday?

I'll go with that El Nino, but it was meant to be slightly tongue in cheek!

I had loads of time for Peter Houseman! Such a shock when he passed away so young! Actually it was Alan Hudson in 66th!

Now that surprises me, thought Alan Hudson would be a bit higher. What a fabulous player.

Brilliant player, but only found the back of the net 13 times in his entire career with us! In those days defenders and midfielders never used to score like they do now! These days our defenders and midfielders seem to keep up with the forwards!

Can still see him and Charlie Cook absolutely shredding opposition defences. Mind you , I was in my early 20s' then, and Chelsea was not too shabby a place to be. I'm torn between him and Zola, and to be honest, wouldn't dream of trying to decide who's better. Just let's say they were both absolute masters. Now I'm in my 60s', memories can't be trusted. What would I give for another Hudson or Zola.

Wouldn't say either was better CP. Just loved that era & the swagger the team had. How the **** Hudson only got 2 caps for England is one of life's mysteries. Nobby houseman wasn't bad at tearing defences apart either mate although he did get some stick off the fans sometimes.

Probably right Deano. I find it hard to say good words about Marsh after the way he treated Hudson. Nasty piece of **** in my opinion.
