What are you most looking forward to next season? It will of course be great to see the team back down Old Trafford (without continuing our terrible recent record there) and against the riches of Chelsea and Man City but for me it's seeing Lambert on the pitch at Anfield (and hopefully scoring in front of the Kop).

I think Lambert, Lallana, Schneidlerin and Guly will be good in the Prem with players like Cork, Lee and Hoovield making the grade. I can't see Sharp, Fox or Butterfield/Richardson making the step up successfully. We'll need some strengthening but no reason why we can't get a decent position in the first year and push on from there!

Sharp will get games for sure. There will surely be rotation up front, so I expect Sharp, Tadanari and possibly a new guy to all get a go alongside Lambert. Same with Fox and Richardson, though I hope there will be added depth in their positions. We need to use the whole squad, and some additions, in order to survive.

The only players we have now who I definitely can't see playing for us next season are Connolly, Barnard, Seaborne, Jaidi, Falque, Forte, Dickson, Holmes.

Butterfield I think is unlikely to feature much, and Puncheon might leave, but I think the rest deserve a place in the squad.

Connolly, Barnard, Seaborne, Jaidi, Forte, Dickson, Bialkowski, Holmes, Puncheon will all go in the summer

Chaplow, Fox, Richardson, Fonte, Hammond, Guly will all become bit part players imo

However, they all deserve a crack!

We need to buy some strong defenders in order to compete in the Prem.

Connolly if fit will be our best asset in the prem without a doubt. The doubt is has he got over his injury
and will be be fully fit when the season starts.

Would love to see him play for us next season. Intelligent clever player like him is what we need next season.
The money we would havt to spend to replace him will cost us.

I 100% cannot see Jaidi, Forte, Dickson or Holmes here next season, but that's it. There are many others - most notably Barnard and Seaborne - who I could easily see leaving, but I wouldn't be putting my house of them going.

I can see the roles of Davis, Richardson, Fonte, Hammond and Chaplow all being greatly reduced, but I'd be surprised if any of them left.

I know we have to be realistic about the abilities of our players but I just find it so disrespectful that just one day after achieving a fantastic promotion, people like you are already saying that some of them aren't good enough anymore.

That's the problem - he's never fit for a long period of time

I'm not a huge fan of Hammond's, but I think he might step up and surprise everyone again. Connolly I can't see playing for us again really, at least not playing a substantial part. Same with Barnard, Butterfield, Dickson, Harding, Jaidi, Seaborne, Bialkowski and De Ridder.
