How did the lines man rule that one out, considering there was a City player between the linesman and the West Ham player. There was no way he could have seen that Garcia could have been offside.

Evan's was a little header nicked over Green after one of the Hammers' defenders made a cock up of a clearance.. Garcia's goal should have stood for 2-2 but they probably edged it overall, especially when they were trying.. Cole is PL class anyway.
