Seals version of WHO WANTS TO LIVE FOREVER that he did Live @ Wembley @ The Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert in 1992. So haunting and poetic and what it meant and still does to this day. imo.

I feel sorry for me having put myself through that. Why did you feel sorry for him though? Is it is hair or the fact he can't sing and made a bit of a tit of himself?
I don't know. I guess it's because he's performing at the memorial of his best friend and band member less than 6 months after he died. It's obvious the poor guy is barely holding it together and it's sad to see one of my heroes reduced to a blubbering mess on a Piano. Each to their own I suppose.
Really bland and generic music makes me cry, not out of sadness though, stuff like that Coldplay crap makes me want to cut my ears off!
'bridge over troubled water' has been known to catch me out. not music but the 1973 barbarians try against NZ with Cliff Morgan's genius commentary always brings a lump in my throat.
Not cry but some songs build up emotion for me, estranged being one, free bird, going to California. Can't think of many at the minute.
Broken heart by Spiritualized. The clue is in the title. "And I'm wasted all the time. I've got to drink you right out of my mind". Takes me back to the best of times and the worst of times. Foooking ace tune though.
